Under Armour will make a adidas superstar push to sign Wall too given the brand's need to expand its basketball reach after the immense success of Steph Curry's signature line. UA has a strong presence in the D.C. area given their headquarters in nearby Baltimore so Wall's close proximity could be beneficial for both parties. A second All-Star would give the UA Basketball a boost in legitimacy seeing as how the second biggest athlete on their roster right now is most likely rookie Emmanuel Mudiay. As for Nike Basketball, one has to wonder if they have the flexibility to give Wall the added attention he's known as a signature athlete.
UNDFTD x BAPE x adidas Originals Two established intercontinental giants came together adidas shoes men with the Three Stripes brand in 2013. Undefeated and A Bathing Ape joined forces on a trio of gold branded, camouflage-infused adidas Originals. The ZX 5000 stood out with its patriotic Stripes overlay, but premium suede editions of the Campus adidas women shoes and Stan Smith were some of those respective models' best drops this century. No wonder adidas Originals and Nigo made it official; they've got a proven track record of teamwork where describing their collective efforts as successful' is putting it mildly.
Gone is the standard Boost cushioning, replaced instead by adidas's new Lightstrike system for a perfect mix of cushioning and responsiveness. The cut may be low, but the stability is high, thanks to a plush padded heel, midfoot adidas stan smith band, and knit tongue for lockdown and support.United Arrows & Sons is taking its talent to the Three Stripes once again with an upcoming collection that is centered around two adidas NMD silhouettes. The Japanese retailer dresses up the NMD CS2 and the NMD R2 with its unique sartorial influences, taking the sportswear engineered models and adding an up-scale lifestyle aesthetic.
Adorned in a rich marbled construction, the CS2 is adorned in white and navy with subtle touches of branding placed strategically where there would be a tongue if it weren't for the sock-like ankle collar. Similarly, the R2 boasts branding on its tongue, and uses a light grey color scheme with a contrasting heel patch and laces. Most notably, the R2 features a concealed 3-Stripes mark which can only be revealed under the right light or in the adidas falcon presence of a flash.
Upon hearing Tron', many readers will remember the Chappelle's Show character who rode a hot hand in dice to become the world's richest man. But for Sci-Fi fans and older folks, TRON instantly conjures images of some of the earliest computer graphics to appear in a Hollywood film.
